Dental Care at The Landing

I hate to leave a bad review, and this is more for HR or management than for the consumer. If you’re looking for the Walmart or Target of dental care: quick, easy, in and out service… this would work for you. My hygienist was knowledgeable and kind. He was 5 star. The front desk staff, however, was not. I just happened to be one of those customers that had a few hoops for them to jump through. I hate that, but instead of just being helpful, they let me know how inconvenient it was for them (with a waiting room of… zero!). Just not the impression you want your staff making to your customers. They told me after I showed up for my appt it was going to be over $400. I said, “I wish someone would have called. I would have called my insurance to see what they could do.” We figured things out from there, felt like I had to push to do less than they wanted me to so that we could get to a more manageable price. At checkout, I had my old HSA card that I realized as I went to pay, was expired last month. I asked if they could send me a bill & if not it’s ok, I’ll just pay with my debit. What a breath of fresh air this office is. From the girls at reception to the dental hygienist, nurse and the doctor, what a wonderful experience. The staff were so nice and friendly and because of my husband‘s special medical issues, they were so patient with him and took a great amount of time explaining what they were doing and a treatment plan. I would totally recommend this Dental office to anyone without reservations whatsoever

First time there. Modern, clean and well lit facility. Modern equipment. Front and back staff are personable and well trained. Dr. Fiffe is thorough, professional and engaging. Julia did my dental prophylaxis, best and cleanest one I’ve had in 50 years. I’ve established them as my general dentist practice when I’m visiting PSLFL. Highly recommended. I love dental care at the Landing. It's directly across from McDonalds so it's easy to find. The Dr. & staff are extremely nice, and they talk to you like a person, which I really appreciate! They do the work you ask for & are caring when they do it. As far as Dental offices go, I had no pain & they were great, Thank you all!

The office is very nice - all state of the art equipment - incredibly efficient - and everyone was incredibly nice. Dr. Elhosary is very thorough and very nice. Her staff is fantastic. She explains a plan of care and gives you lots of encouragement to ask questions. Then within a couple of minutes her team is there to provide you with the plan of care information including costs, what insurance will cover, insurance discounts, and total costs to you should you choose to move forward with it. The doctor is very clear about what is needed, what can wait if you need to wait, and what is possible for cosmetic purposes if you want to do it. No pressure, no judgment, just really good care! I'm thrilled we found this practice.
